Sport, health and fitness has always been at the center of Martin's personal and professional life.
Martin is a Master of Arts in Physical Education and Society Studies. He is registered level 4 Sports Massage Therapist specializing in sports injury prevention. He is a member of Complementary Therapists Association having extensive experience as a level 4 Personal Trainer and Exercise Specialist in Lower Back Pain Management.
His long-term passions include competitive road cycling several times completing the world famous Majorca 312 , Grand Fondo World Championship, Fred Whitton Climbing Challenge amongst many other races, sportives and endurance running including London Marathon, Marathon Visiegrad and several half- marathons.
Daniela is a Sports Therapist (BSc Hons) specialising in sports and deep tissue massage, injury rehab and dry needling. She has extensive knowledge and experience in prevention and treatment of sports injuries using manual therapy techniques, sports massage, exercise prescription and acupuncture. In the last 9 years she has worked mainly with tennis and rugby players, long distance runners, cyclists and football players. She is advanced trauma management first aider who also works as a pitch-side therapist on match days and sports events. She is particularly interested in Pilates techniques and core exercises as part of lower back pain prevention. Daniela has seen from her own experience that sports massage and dry needling in combination with preventative rehab/strengthening programme shows long term results allowing you to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
